Extremely helpful and very amiable staff, breakfasts were satisfactory.
Everything was very good, high-class hotel, the location was lovely close enough to a lovely clean beach, the restaurants New York and Chila, that are more than good and buses which run into Benidorm. The room was newly renovated and large, and with a wonderful view of the the beach and the strip.

The pools were great and had a nice vibe. We spent a lot of time in the games room playing table tennis and pool. The location was perfect for chilling at the nearby beach and enjoying some nice local bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend enjoying the beach area during your stay.
One downside was the breakfast. It was often slow to restock items and a bit cold. It took several tries to toast bread, frustrating during busy times.

The experience was quite enjoyable with stunning views from the room and friendly staff. The food often lacked warmth and the waiting times for lifts could be quite frustrating at peak hours. The pools were a definite highlight during the stay.

The facilities are very well maintained and fully operational. The wonderful room, very clean everything, the very comfortable bed and the attentive, friendly and educated staff.
I didn't like the management of the pool hammocks. Many clients put towels "occupying" the hammock and do not use them. The hotel should manage this issue.

Quick cleaning of rooms without disturbing customers
In the pool service, there were a large number of reserved hammocks (with towels) which however were not occupied preventing other users from making use of them.

Had a whale of a time at Gran Hotel Bali! The breakfast might have had its hiccups, but I adored the banquet vibes of the expansive dining area. Not to mention, the lovely sea views from our room on the 42nd floor were perfect for sunset selfies!
